2. What Happens After a DMCA Takedown Notice

  3. We may terminate repeat infringers' accounts in accordance with our Terms of Service


3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

  2. The URLs of the content that was removed
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was wrongly removed
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of a court in your location, or if outside Nigeria, the jurisdiction where Hottyplay.com operates
  5. Your electronic or physical signature

4. Repeat Infringers
